Remodels

When deciding what to remodel and how much it will cost, we can help. When updating your building, it can also be a good time to look at other plumbing issues, such as your water heater. Maybe it is right for you to go to a tankless water heater, or update some plumbing that might otherwise leak later on.

Some kinds of water pipe have a higher potential to create a leak. There are many reasons galvanized pipes are bad: For example, having lead in your drinking water or low water pressure due to corrosion. Copper, over time, can develop pinholes from poor water quality. Your ABS pipe and PEX pipe have less of a chance of developing a leak over time.

Updating your kitchen, bathroom, mud room, laundry room, etc., can have many benefits. Small additions can be a really nice touch to your daily life. You could add an ice maker, “instahot”, or garbage disposal to your kitchen. You could update your bathrooms to ADA standards (see below). We are here to help you through your remodel process.

Hot Water Heater

When it comes to choosing hot water heaters, there are many options: Electric, gas, or tankless water heaters. Making the decision can be confusing. They all have their benefits. The decision about which can depend on your building and how many people are using it. We are happy to help you make the right choice.

American Disability Association (ADA)

It is important to understand all of your options. From placement of grab bars to the height of your toilet. Little things like handles on your shower or faucet could make life a lot easier.

In-Floor Heat

In-floor heat is a nice option, for so many reasons. Radiant floor heating reduces energy costs, eliminates drafts and the circulation of dust allergens, and provides a quieter home. Radiant heat is great to have in any climate. Once you have felt it, it is hard to imagine anything else.

Gas Pipe

There are many reasons for having gas pipe lines in your building. For your hot water tank, furnace, fireplace, generator, barbecue, stove, etc. We can provide a gas supply to any appliance you need.

Sewer Line

Old concrete sewer pipes can wear out on the bottom and break. Tree roots can damage clay or concrete pipes. We can locate the problem and fix that spot or replace the whole sewer line, if necessary.

Sewer Inspections

If you are having trouble with your sewer pipe, or just need to know where it is, the best option is to put a camera in the pipe to look at the problem. This enables us to accurately and efficiently fix any problem there may be.

Drain Cleaning

It is important to have a clean drain. Slow-moving drains can cause problems in other areas of your building. Depending on the situation, we will either use a drain-cleaning snake or a sewer jetter. Sometimes it is a clog from a toy or grease built up overtime. We will find the source of the clog and get things operating smoothly again.
